It’s Friday, as I write this, and way too many people take their foot off the pedal. Do you?

Consistency and persistency are two of the most powerful traits that you can cultivate to achieve success. 

❇️My formula is C+P=R❇️

Consistency + Persistency = results 

There are other factors such as 

Focus, Discipline, Learning, Passion and whilst I do incorporate some of these inherently in my activities, I prefer to keep the formula simple.

Every day (INCLUDING FRIDAYS) work on actions that move you towards the Goal you have set.

Consistency is king. Consistency compounds, and the secret to creating lasting change is constantly taking small steps towards your goals.

By consistently showing up and persisting through challenges, you can create real progress towards your objectives.

Here are a few examples of how consistency and persistency can be applied to different areas of your life:

  1. Fitness: By consistently working out and persisting through the initial challenges, you can achieve better health and fitness over time.
  2. Business: By consistently putting in the work and persisting through setbacks, you can build a successful business that delivers value to your customers.
  3. Learning: By consistently dedicating time to learning and persisting through the difficult topics, you can acquire new skills and knowledge that can help you advance in your career.
  4. Relationships: By consistently investing time and effort into your relationships and persisting through difficult conversations, you can build deeper connections with those around you.

The key to success is not just to work hard, but to work consistently and persistently towards your goals. It takes time, effort, and dedication, but the results are worth it.

8 Steps to taking consistent action include:

  1. Set up your goals in advance
  2. Work in two week sprints
  3. Schedule the action taking
  4. Evaluate performance daily and weekly (Reflection is a critical component of consistency.)
  5. Get an accountability partner / coach
  6. Work quietly (Let your actions speak for themselves)
  7. Celebrate small wins (Acknowledge your accomplishments daily)
  8. Focus on and take responsibility for the process, not the potential results.
